With over a decade of marine experience and an extensive career in IT consulting, I bring a unique blend of operational leadership, technical expertise, and strategic oversight to my role as COO at Cruise & Yacht India. Having served as Project Head at Optimum IT Solutions for more than 10 years, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-impact web and software development projects. My role as Principal Communicator involved driving cross-functional collaboration and aligning digital solutions with business goals. I possess deep experience in business requirements gathering, project lifecycle management, and implementing process-driven methodologies that ensure efficiency and quality delivery. I have successfully built and managed numerous WordPress websites, while also overseeing cloud server infrastructures to maintain seamless digital operations. With a strong foundation in both marine operations and IT strategy, I am uniquely positioned to navigate the complex, evolving needs of the cruise and yacht industry, ensuring operational excellence and technological advancement at every level.

Director of Hotel Operations

Renjith Venugopalan, as the Director of Hotel Operations, plays a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day functioning of our hospitality business. With exceptional expertise in the HORECA sector, he brings a strong blend of analytical thinking, managerial acumen, communication finesse, and leadership strength to the role. His multifaceted talents allow him to seamlessly adapt to diverse operational challenges across departments, ensuring smooth execution and high standards of service. Renjith is a well-read professional, highly respected by both his juniors and seniors for his integrity, depth of knowledge, and ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.

Chief Electrical Superintendent

Being a B. E. Electrical Engineer he entered the world of yachting in Dubai where he carried out works on various AV/IT systems like Creston, Kaliedscape, Linn and worked with navigation equipment as well. He joined us in 2016 and enjoys cricket and badminton as his outdoor sports. In C&Y he is incharge of electrical and electronic gamut. He has worked on many prestigious projects for our clients.
